Hot oil solder reflow systems are designed to reflow the tin-lead on printed circuit boards, especially military PCB’s. Our hot oil tin fusing process decreases the chance of barrel cracking and delamination of the printed circuit board.
Reflow Tin Plating Benefits
We offer flux tanks, preheat, reflow and post heat with water quench and hot soap with a circuit board dryer at the end. Tin plating tanks can be designed in a straight line or an “L” shape or, even a ‘U” shape.

With our experience in heating oils for pcb tin fusing, we updated the design to heat oil externally. The stresses of continous 500º F operation and because tubular heaters create an arc when grounding the sheath, were other deciding factors.
