Designed for use in tanks and pressurized containers, flanged immersion heaters are commonly used for heating gases & liquids such as oil, water, heat transfer fluid, and corrosive solutions. Many of our customers use them as hydraulic oil immersion heaters or electric circulation heaters in their metal and finishing process.
Listed below are the most common flanged heater sizes, however, custom sizes and watt densities are available if you need a special electric process heater.
